Please note: You can only add such overhead costs once the shopping cart feature has been activated. This can be activated following the instructions outlined here. This feature is exclusively available to paying customers on Plus and higher subscriptions. If you're on a free plan, please click here and upgrade your subscription first.
With the shopping cart feature activated, you're now ready to start selling products online!
As with any business selling products online, you need the option to add various shipping or delivery costs based on the location of your customers or the delivery method that you choose.
Luckily, now you can add these elements from the convenience of your UENI Hub!
First, log in to your Hub and select the Edit Website tab.
Next, click Settings.
Once in settings, click on Shopping Cart.
After clicking on Shopping Cart, select the Delivery Methods.
In the Delivery Methods section, you can add as many delivery methods as you'd like by clicking the New delivery method button at the top.
With each delivery method, you have the option of either adding a fixed price or free shipping.
By selecting the fixed price option, you can add a base fixed shipping cost for your customers' purchase, followed by an extra cost for each additional item they are purchasing.
Once you have finalized the delivery methods, these costs will then be added into the checkout process based on the customer's selection. You can also add delivery notes in the Delivery Methods section.
With the delivery methods and delivery notes now in place, this is what your customers will see in their checkout processes:
Congratulations, now your customers have the option to select from multiple delivery options with different shipping costs!
