Please note: The onboarding call feature is exclusively available to paying customers on Plus and higher subscriptions. If you're on a free plan, please follow these steps to upgrade your subscription first. 


Upgrading to the Plus or Reputation plans grants you access to one of the most exclusive features of all - the onboarding call. This feature is valued independently at over £250 in the market, but available to you at no additional cost while your subscription is active!


Scheduling the onboarding call couldn't be simpler - first, you have to log in to the UENI Hub. Once you've logged in, click on the Pro-Features tab.




On this page, scroll down to the find the tile for 1:1 Video chat with a website expert. Here's what it will look like:




Click on Request a meeting, and then you will be navigated to a new page where you can select a date and time for your booking. The timings will be automatically set to your local time, and you will be provided with a list of all available dates and times.


Once you've selected a date and time, you will be prompted to providing some information about your business and shortly after, you will receive an SMS on your business phone number to confirm the booking.


Once the booking is confirmed via SMS, your onboarding call will be booked! Now, you just have to wait for the call to take place.
