What is the onboarding call?


The onboarding call allows you to book a videoconferencing call with a UENI expert. You can book an available time-slot in advance based on your schedule and take part in an engaging discussion with a UENI expert.


Once this call has taken place, you can also schedule a follow-up call which takes place 3 months after so we can discuss the progress of your business' online presence and acquaint you with new updates regarding our services.

The onboarding call can be booked by clicking on the following tile in the Pro-Features tab of your UENI Hub:




Once you're done with your onboarding call, you can also schedule a follow-up call to take place after 2-3 months so we can stay updated on your plans and advise you accordingly. It'll also be a great chance to activate any new features we may implement during that time!
